031: Taking control of Your Emotions Through Manipulating Your Nervous System
In this new episode of the Power For Good podcast, I want to talk about the Nervous System, how you can really take control of your body, manipulate the Nervous System and get out of your mind and back into the body so that you can really take control of your emotions and lives.
A part of my journey to sobriety has been learning to work with my Nervous System.
It was scary, my hands were shaking going into rehab that day felt like a failure. I felt guilty ashamed and scared. Scared for what was about to come. But I did it! I pushed through it and I am so glad that I did.
I want to share with you how I managed to manipulate my Nervous System with Breath work and danced my way through it.
