029: What is Anxiety? What it teaches us and how to deal with it.
In this new episode of the Power For Good podcast, I talk about anxiety and how it can be our greatest teacher, and how all emotions can truly guide us!

That’s anxiety...It’s your body's way of telling you that something is wrong, that something is not aligned, and that you need to make some changes.
I want to share with you how I managed to overcome my lifelong struggle with anxiety and some practices that helped me find peace with it.
